境外代表团携带的涉及奥林匹克标志专有权的物 品，同样适用“自用、合理数量”原则，同时海关还将凭 北京冬奥组委出具的《自用清单》《自用证明》《自 用物资担保函》等材料，为符合北京冬奥会实际需 要，在合理范围内的物品提供通关便利。超出自用、 合理数量，且无北京冬奥组委出具的相关证明材料 的，海关将按照《奥林匹克标志保护条例》等相关规 定处理。
《海关总署关于发布〈北京2022年冬奥会和 冬残奥会海关通关须知〉的公告》（海关总署公 告2021年第11号）：对于境外代表团随身携带 进境的比赛器材、医疗器材等，按照北京冬奥会 实际需要，在合理范围内的，现场海关凭北京冬 奥组委出具的《自用清单》《自用证明》《自用 物资担保函》等材料，提供通关便利。北京冬奥 组委需确保相关物资仅限于北京冬奥会使用且全 部复运出境，并及时协助解决通关中遇到的问 题。

In case of exceeding the reasonable amount for self use and without relevant supporting materials issued by the Committee, the Customs will deal with it in accordance with the regulations on the protection of Olympic symbols and other relevant provisions.
Announcement of the General Administration of Customs on Issuing the instructions for Customs Clearance of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games and winter Paralympic Games (Announcement No. 11 of the General Administration of Customs in 2021): for the competition equipment and medical equipment carried by overseas delegations into the country, according to the actual needs of Beijing Winter Olympic Games, within a reasonable range, The on-site Customs shall provide convenience for Customs Clearance with the "self use list", "self use certificate", "self use material guarantee letter" and other materials issued by the Committee, who needs to ensure that the relevant materials are limited to the use of the Beijing Winter Olympics and all of them are re transported out of the country, and assist in solving the problems encountered in Customs Clearance in a timely manner.
