新加坡海关隶属于财政部。2003年4月1日重组后，新加坡海关成为贸易便利化和税收执法事务的牵头部门。新加坡海关负责实施海关和贸易执法措施，包括自贸协定和战略货物的有关政策措施。
一、主要职责
- 征收关税、进出口环节税和其他税费
- 防止偷逃税，避免税收流失
- 为商界和海关事务提供一站式解决方案（如许可证、批文和原产地证书的签发，归类和估价意见书的签发等）
- 通过简化海关手续和暂不缴税方案，促进贸易便利
实施自贸协定中与贸易相关的规定；
- 监管战略货物和战略货物技术贸易。
二、机构设置
新加坡海关设一名署长，一名副署长，一个内部审计办公室和六大处（贸易处、守法监管处、战略发展处、政策规划处、监管站与服务处、情报调查处）。副署长和内部审计办公室直接向署长报告工作。

Singapore Customs is under the Ministry of finance. After the reorganization on April 1, 2003, Singapore Customs became the leading department of trade facilitation and tax law enforcement. Singapore Customs is responsible for the implementation of customs and trade enforcement measures, including FTA and strategic goods related policies and measures.
1、 Main responsibilities
-Collect customs duties, import and export taxes and other taxes
-Prevent tax evasion and avoid tax loss
-One stop solution for business and customs affairs (e.g. issuance of licenses, approvals and certificates of origin, classification and valuation opinions, etc.)
-To promote trade facilitation by simplifying customs procedures and temporary non payment of taxes
Implement the trade-related provisions in the FTA;
-Supervise strategic goods and technology trade of strategic goods.
2、 Organization setup
Singapore Customs has a director, a deputy director, an internal audit office and six divisions (trade division, compliance supervision division, strategic development division, policy planning division, supervision station and service division and intelligence investigation division). The deputy director and the office of internal audit report directly to the director.
3、 Service objectives
