关于扩大自助打印原产地证书范围的公告

为进一步优化口岸营商环境，促进跨境贸易便利化，海关总署决定自2020年5月11日起，在原有15种自助打印原产地证书基础上，增加输印尼和新加坡的《中华人民共和国与东南亚国家联盟全面经济合作框架协议》项下原产地证书以及输印度的《亚洲—太平洋贸易协定》项下原产地证书为可自助打印证书。其他事项按海关总署2019年第77号公告执行。

Announcement No. 63 of the General Administration of Customs in 2020
In order to further optimize the port business environment and promote the facilitation of cross-border trade, starting from may11,2020. the General Administration of Customs decided to increase the Certificate of Origin (CO)under the framework agreement on comprehensive economic cooperation between China and the association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) for Indonesia and Singapore, and the Asia Pacific Trade Agreement for India as the self-printing certificate on the basis of the existing 15 self-service printed CO. Other matters shall be implemented in accordance with the Announcement No. 77 of the General Administration of Customs in 2019.
