为支持加工贸易发展，纾解企业困难，促进稳就业、稳外贸、稳外资，经国务院同意，自2020年4月15日至2020年12月31日（以企业内销申报时间为准），对企业内销加工贸易货物的，暂免征收内销缓税利息。

Announcement No. 55 of the General Administration of Customs in 2020
In order to support the development of processing trade, relieve the difficulties of enterprises, and promote the stabilization of employment, foreign trade and foreign investment, with the consent of the State Council, from April 15, 2020 to December 31, 2020 (subject to the declaration time of domestic sales), domestic sales of processing trade goods by enterprises shall be temporarily exempted from tax relief interest.
