根据我国相关法律法规和《中华人民共和国海关总署与文莱达鲁萨兰国初级资源和旅游部关于文莱输华养殖水产品的检验检疫和兽医卫生要求议定书》，现将进口文莱养殖水产品检验检疫要求予以公布（见附件）。

　　本公告自发布之日起施行。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the people's Republic of China and the Ministry of primary resources and tourism of Brunei Darussalam on the inspection and quarantine and veterinary health requirements of cultured aquatic products exported from Brunei to China, the inspection and quarantine requirements of imported cultured aquatic products from Brunei are hereby published (see Annex).          

  This announcement shall go into effect as of the date of promulgation.
