　　根据我国相关法律法规和《中华人民共和国海关总署与墨西哥合众国农业和农村发展部关于墨西哥高粱输华植物检疫要求议定书》规定，允许自本公告发布之日起生产的、符合检验检疫要求的墨西哥高粱进口。现将进口墨西哥高粱检验检疫要求予以公布（见附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of China and the Ministry of agriculture and rural development of the United States of Mexico on the phytosanitary requirements of Mexican sorghum exported to China, Mexican sorghum produced from the date of this announcement and meeting the inspection and quarantine requirements is allowed to be imported. The inspection and quarantine requirements for imported Mexican sorghum are hereby promulgated (see Annex).

墨西哥输华高粱不得带有下列检疫性有害生物：
高粱霜霉病菌Peronosclerospora sorghi、
玉米褪绿斑驳病毒Maize chlorotic mottle virus、
玉米矮花叶病毒Maize dwarf mosaic virus、
小麦线条花叶病毒Wheat streak mosaic virus、
高粱瘿蚊Contarinia sorghicola、
带斑黄瓜叶甲Diabrotica balteata、
小蔗螟Diatraea saccharalis、
谷实夜蛾Helicoverpa zea、
墨西哥拟叩甲Pharaxonotha kirschi、
大谷蠹Prostephanus truncates、
谷象Sitophilus granarius、
墨西哥斑皮蠹Trogoderma anthrenoides、
豚草Ambrosia artemisiifolia、
刺蒺藜草Cenchrus echinatus、
飞机草Chromolaena odorata、
银毛龙葵Solanum elaeagnifolium、
假高粱Sorghum halepense、
有距单花葵Anoda cristata。
