关于进口智利鲜食柑橘植物检疫要求的公告

根据我国相关法律法规和《中华人民共和国海关总署与智利共和国农业部关于智利鲜食柑橘输华植物检疫要求的议定书》规定，自本公告发布之日起，允许符合相关要求的智利鲜食柑橘进口。现将进口智利鲜食柑橘植物检疫要求予以公布（见附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of China and the Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Chile on the phytosanitary requirements for the export of Chilean fresh oranges to China, the import of Chilean fresh oranges meeting the relevant requirements is allowed to import to China from the date of this announcement. The quarantine requirements of fresh citrus plants imported from Chile are hereby promulgated (see Annex).
