海关总署公告2020年第38号关于发布《海关涉案财物拍卖若干问题的规定》的公告
为了规范海关涉案财物拍卖行为，维护拍卖秩序，保护海关涉案财物拍卖活动中各方当事人的合法权益，根据《中华人民共和国海关法》《中华人民共和国拍卖法》等法律，海关总署制定了《海关涉案财物拍卖若干问题的规定》，现予以公布（见附件）。

Announcement No. 38, 2020 of the General Administration of Customs on the promulgation of the provisions on Several Issues concerning the auction of property involved by the Customs
In order to regulate the auction of the property involved in the Customs, maintain the order of the auction, and protect the legitimate rights & interests of all parties related to the auction of the property involved in the Customs, the General Administration of Customs formulated the Customs Provisions on Several Issues Concerning the Auction of Property Involved in the Case" are now promulgated (refer to attachment).
